19-Jähriger in Oldenburg wegen tödlicher Gewalt gegen Tochter vor Gericht
Rund ein halbes Jahr nach dem gewaltsamen Tod eines zwei Monate alten Mädchens in Cloppenburg muss sich dessen 19-jähriger Vater seit Dienstag wegen Totschlags verantworten. Vor dem Landgericht im niedersächsischen Oldenburg räumte der Beschuldigte zum Prozessauftakt nach Angaben eines Sprechers ein, seinem Kind mindestens zwei Schläge versetzt zu haben. Zugleich verwies er auf Drogenprobleme und berichtete von dadurch ausgelösten Halluzinationen.
Demnach berichtete er unter anderem von Stimmen, die er auch zur Tatzeit gehört haben will. Laut Anklage soll der junge Mann seine Tochter durch Schläge getötet haben, als er mit dieser allein in der Familienwohnung gewesen war. Laut Gerichtssprecher berichtete eine Rechtsmedizinerin am Dienstag vor Gericht von Rippenbrüchen und massiven inneren Verletzungen des Kindes. Für das Verfahren sind Termine bis zum 19. Dezember angesetzt.
