28-Jähriger wegen Doppelmords an Mutter und Stiefvater in Hannover vor Gericht
Wegen mutmaßlichen Doppelmords an seiner Mutter und seinem Stiefvater muss sich ein 28-Jähriger seit Mittwoch vor dem Landgericht in Hannover verantworten. Der Mann soll die beiden laut Anklage im Mai im Haus seiner Mutter im niedersächsischen Neustadt am Rübenberge erstochen haben. Demnach spielte dabei die finanzielle Lage des Beschuldigten eine Rolle als Motiv.
Laut Staatsanwaltschaft soll der Angeklagte Geldsorgen gehabt haben, auch eine drohende Obdachlosigkeit stand im Raum. Zusätzlich sollen "unerfüllte Besitzansprüche" an dem Haus seinem Elternhaus eine Rolle gespielt haben.
Der Mann versteckte sich demnach im Haus seiner Mutter und griff diese und den neuen Ehemann seiner Mutter, seinen Stiefvater, mit einem Messer an. Die Anklage wirft ihm zwei Morde aus Heimtücke beziehungsweise niedrigen Beweggründen vor. Nach Angaben einer Gerichtssprecherin kündigte die Verteidigung eine Einlassung des Beschuldigten im weiteren Prozessverlauf an. Für das Verfahren sind Verhandlungstermine bis Mitte Februar angesetzt.
