Ermittlungen gegen Mitglieder von Nudistenverein wegen Kinderpornografie
Wegen des Verdachts des Herstellens und des Besitzes von Kinderpornografie stehen Mitglieder eines Nudistenvereins im Visier von Ermittlern. Die Ermittlungen richten sich gegen drei Tatverdächtige im Alter von 43, 46 und 62 Jahren sowie einen gesondert verfolgten 43-Jährigen, wie Polizei und Staatsanwaltschaft in Berlin am Dienstag mitteilten.
Sie sollen Mitglieder des Vereins sein, der unter anderem Acht- bis 18-Jährige zu Freizeitaktivitäten einlädt. Seit Januar 2017 wurden in dem nudistischen Verein demnach verschiedene Ausflüge und sechs mehrtägige Fahrten organisiert, an denen auch Kinder und Jugendliche teilnahmen. Auf diesen Reisen wurden den Ermittlungen zufolge hunderte Bilddateien von unbekleideten Kindern gemacht.
Am Dienstag gab es unter Federführung des Landeskriminalamts Berlin Durchsuchungen in Niedersachsen, Brandenburg und Berlin. Den Angaben zufolge wurden zahlreiche Beweismittel beschlagnahmt, darunter sechs Mobiltelefone, 18 Festplatten, knapp ein Dutzend Tablets und Notebooks sowie mehrere Fotokameras.
