Ermittlungsfortschritte nach Fund von in Säcken verpackter Leiche in Hessen
Nach dem Fund einer in mehrere Säcke verpackten Leiche im hessischen Mörfelden-Walldorf haben Ermittler die Identität des Toten geklärt. Wie Staatsanwaltschaft und Polizei am Freitag in Darmstadt mitteilten, handelte es sich um einen 79-Jährigen. Er war demnach fünf Tage vor der Entdeckung der Säcke am Pfingstmontag als vermisst gemeldet worden, nachdem er nicht von einem Spaziergang zurückgekommen war.
Die Ermittler gehen von einem Tötungsverbrechen aus, eine Mordkommission mit mehr als 20 Beamtinnen und Beamten ermittelt. Bei dem Toten handelt es sich um einen Mann mit der Staatsbürgerschaft von Eritrea, der in der Gemeinde nahe dem Flughafen Frankfurt am Main wohnte. Die Säcke wurden laut Behörden im Bereich eines Sees gefunden. In ihnen befanden sich demnach sterbliche Überreste des Vermissten. Weitere Einzelheiten nannten die Ermittler nicht.
