Betrunkener Mann wütet nach Ehestreit und verletzt sich tödlich
Ein alkoholisierter Mann hat nach einem Ehestreit in Nordrhein-Westfalen seine Wut gegen das Mobiliar in der Wohnung gerichtet und sich dabei tödliche Verletzungen zugezogen. Wie die Polizei in Olpe und die Staatsanwaltschaft in Siegen am Mittwoch mitteilten, erlitt der Mann durch Scherben einer Glasscheibe schwere Schnittverletzungen am Bein. Er starb noch vor Ort.
Während des Ehestreits am Samstag in Olpe soll der Mann den Angaben zufolge mehrfach auf seine 49 Jahre alte Frau eingeschlagen haben. Diese sperrte sich daraufhin in ein Zimmer ein. Danach richtete der Mann seine Aggressionen gegen Einrichtungsgegenstände in der Wohnung. Die Ermittler gehen von einem Unglücksfall aus.
