Mann stürzt in Niedersachsen beim Klettern im Harz in den Tod
Ein 64-Jähriger ist beim Klettern im Harz in Niedersachsen abgestürzt und gestorben. Der Mann kletterte am Sonntag an einer Felswand im Okertal und rutschte offensichtlich beim Setzen einer Sicherung ab, wie die Polizei in Goslar am Montag mitteilte. Er stürzte etwa zehn Meter in die Tiefe und zog sich Verletzungen zu, denen er trotz Notarztversorgung noch am Unglücksort erlag.
Der Mann galt demnach als erfahrener Kletterer. Die Polizei leitete Ermittlungen zur genauen Todesursache ein.
