Gericht verbietet Berliner Polizist Auftritt als "Officer" in sozialen Medien
Das Verwaltungsgericht Berlin hat einem Polizisten verboten, in den sozialen Medien als "Officer" aufzutreten. Seine derartige Nebentätigkeit bleibe verboten, sagte ein Gerichtssprecher am Montag. Das Gericht wies demnach eine Klage des Manns ab. Zuvor hatte es bereits im Februar 2023 in einer Eilentscheidung ein vorläufiges Verbot erlassen.
Der Hauptkommissar betrieb auf Tiktok ein Profil mit Polizeibezug. Dort führte er ein Interview mit einem prominenten Clanmitglied und duzte seinen Interviewpartner. Das Land verbot ihm daraufhin, in den sozialen Netzwerken eine Nebentätigkeit mit Polizeibezug auszuüben, und forderte die Löschung seiner Beiträge und seines Profilnamens.
Diese Entscheidung bestätigte das Verwaltungsgericht nun. Die Nebentätigkeit verletze seine Dienstpflicht, entschieden die Richter nach Angaben des Sprechers. Auch das Interview mit dem Clanmitglied sei ein Verstoß. Sein Auftreten in den sozialen Medien wirke wie eine offizielle Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, die aber nur der Polizei zustehe.
