Urteil in Mordfall Hanna erwartet: Spektakulärer Indizienfall in Traunstein
Das Landgericht im bayerischen Traunstein will am Dienstag (12.00 Uhr) das mit Spannung erwartete Urteil im Mordfall Hanna verkünden. Nach der Forderung der Staatsanwaltschaft soll der inzwischen 22 Jahre alte Tatverdächtige wegen Mordes eine Jugendstrafe von neuneinhalb Jahren bekommen. Dagegen plädierte die Verteidigung auf Freispruch. Das Verfahren ist ein Indizienprozess, der Angeklagte machte keine Angaben zur Sache.
Die Studentin war nach einem Besuch des Musikklubs "Eiskeller" in Aschau am 3. Oktober 2022 tot aus dem Fluss Prien geborgen worden. Der Angeklagte war zur nächtlichen Tatzeit als Jogger vorbeigekommen. Nach Überzeugung der Staatsanwaltschaft überfiel er Hanna aus sexuellen Motiven und warf sie in den Fluss, wo sie ertrank. Nach Überzeugung der Verteidigung könnte Hanna in den Fluss gefallen und dann ertrunken sein. Ein Gutachter bestritt aber, dass Verletzungen an ihrer Leiche gefundenen vom Treiben im Fluss herrühren könnten.
