Fünfeinhalb Jahre Haft für millionenfachen Handel mit Kinderpornos in München
Das Landgericht München II hat einen 54 Jahre alten Mann wegen des gewerbsmäßigen Verbreitens von Kinderpornografie zu fünfeinhalb Jahren Haft verurteilt. Außerdem ordnete das Gericht nach Angaben vom Mittwoch an, rund 85.000 Euro an Wertersatz einzuziehen. Der Mann hatte etwa 300.000 Foto- und Videodateien auf eine Onlineplattform gestellt, auf der andere Nutzer diese Bilder zahlungspflichtig herunterladen konnten.
Dem Urteil zufolge erhielt der Mann insgesamt fast 85.000 Euro an Provisionen von der illegalen Plattform - Geld, das nun wieder eingezogen wird. Insgesamt wurden die kinderpornografischen Bilder fast vier Millionen Mal heruntergeladen.
Der Angeklagte legte ein umfangreiches Geständnis ab. Auf die Spur des Manns waren die Ermittler durch eine Mitteilung aus den USA an das Bundeskriminalamt gekommen. Das bereits am Dienstag verkündete Urteil ist noch nicht rechtskräftig.
