70-Jährige tot aus Kanal in Reutlingen geborgen: Polizei geht von Unglück aus
Eine 70-Jährige ist im baden-württembergischen Reutlingen in einen Kanal gestürzt und darin ums Leben gekommen. Wie die örtliche Polizei am Donnerstag mitteilte, wurde am Mittwochabend zunächst der Rollator der Frau in einer Böschung an dem Gewässer entdeckt. Die Besatzung eines Polizeihubschraubers entdeckte später die Tote im Wasser.
Die genauen Abläufe des Geschehens am Rossneckarkanal waren nach Angaben der Beamten zunächst unklar, sie gingen nach bisherigem Ermittlungsstand aber von einem Unfall aus. "Anhaltspunkte für eine Fremdeinwirkung" hätten sich bislang nicht ergeben, hieß es. Feuerwehrleute bargen die Verstorbene.
