Zwei Festnahme bei Razzia wegen Menschenhandel in Rheinland-Pfalz und Spanien
Bei einer internationalen Razzia wegen Menschenhandel und Zwangsprostitution haben Ermittler in Deutschland und Spanien zwei Haftbefehle vollstreckt. Festgenommen worden seien ein 47-Jähriger in Spanien und eine 36-Jährige in Bayern, teilten Polizei und Staatsanwaltschaft in Mainz in Rheinland-Pfalz mit. Diese führen die Ermittlungen.
Den Angaben zufolge befindet sich die 36-Jährige in Untersuchungshaft, der 47-Jährige soll nach Deutschland ausgeliefert werden. Insgesamt wurden bei der Razzia in den deutschen Bundesländern Bayern und Rheinland-Pfalz sowie in Spanien und Rumänien am Dienstag zeitgleich fünf Wohnungen durchsucht.
In dem Fall wird nach Angaben von Polizei und Staatsanwaltschaft seit Ende vergangenen Jahres ermittelt. Auslöser war demnach der Suizidversuch einer Prostituierten in einem Bordell, der mutmaßlich auf ihre ausweglose Situation zurückzuführen gewesen sei.
Beschuldigt wird in dem Ermittlungskomplex in einem weiteren Verfahren zudem ein weiterer 47-Jähriger aus dem südlichen Rheinland-Pfalz, der ein Freier der Frau gewesen sein soll. Er wurde bei den Durchsuchungen nicht angetroffen, hieß es. Ihm werfen die Ermittler Zwangsprostitution vor.
