Bundesverwaltungsgericht verhandelt über Klage von Umweltschützern gegen Gasleitung
Die Gaspipeline vom Rügener Hafen Mukran nach Lubmin beschäftigt am Donnerstag ab 11.00 Uhr das Bundesverwaltungsgericht in Leipzig. Es verhandelt über die Klagen der Deutschen Umwelthilfe und des Naturschutzbunds Mecklenburg-Vorpommern gegen den Betrieb der sogenannten Ostsee-Anbindungsleitung. Mit ihr sollen zwei Flüssiggas-Terminals an das bestehende Gasfernleitungsnetz angebunden werden. Die Umweltverbände wenden sich konkret gegen den Planfeststellungsbeschluss. (Az. 7 A 9.23 u.a.)
Eilanträge, die auf einen Baustopp abzielten, waren vor dem Bundesverwaltungsgericht gescheitert, unter anderem wegen der Mangellage am Gasmarkt. Nun soll abschließend entschieden werden. Die Betriebsgenehmigung für das Terminal selbst war vergangene Woche erteilt worden, auch dagegen wollen die Umweltschützer sowie die Nachbargemeinde Binz gerichtlich vorgehen. Ob am Donnerstag bereits ein Urteil über die Pipeline fällt, ist noch unklar.
