Anklage erhoben gegen Mann nach Tötung von Frau auf offener Straße in Berlin
Die Berliner Staatsanwaltschaft hat Anklage gegen einen 42-Jährigen erhoben, der seine 31-jährige Ehefrau auf offener Straße erstochen haben soll. Dem Mann werde Mord aus niedrigen Beweggründen vorgeworfen, teilte die Behörde am Donnerstag mit. Er soll die Frau demnach Ende April im Ortsteil Pankow mit 13 Messerstichen getötet haben.
Laut Staatsanwaltschaft hatte der Mann 2008 in Afghanistan die damals 17-Jährige nach islamischem Recht geheiratet. In den Jahren bis 2019 gingen sechs gemeinsame Kinder aus der Ehe hervor. Der Mann soll in der Folgezeit ein sich ihm unterordnendes Verhalten erwartet haben. Die Getötete soll in Deutschland hingegen immer nachdrücklicher auf ihre Selbständigkeit gedrängt und schließlich auch die Scheidung gewünscht haben.
Diesem Wunsch gingen den Angaben zufolge Körperverletzungen durch den Mann voraus, von denen eine schließlich zu einem Betretungsverbot der von der Familie bis dahin gemeinsam bewohnten Unterkunft geführt hat. Da die Frau sich seinen Vorgaben an eine gemeinsame Lebensführung widersetzte, angeblich Kontakte zu anderen Männern unterhielt und er sich durch ihre Trennungs- und Scheidungsabsichten gekränkt gefühlt haben soll, soll in ihm der Entschluss gereift sein, sie zu töten.
