Urteil gegen offenbar verhinderten Serienmörder von Dortmund rechtskräftig
Ein junger Mann, der offenbar zum Serienmörder werden wollte, muss wegen des Angriffs auf einen Radfahrer in Haft. Der Bundesgerichtshof (BGH) bestätigte das Urteil des Landgerichts Dortmund vom Februar, wie er am Freitag in Karlsruhe mitteilte. Das Landgericht hatte den Angeklagten des versuchten Mords und der gefährlichen Körperverletzung schuldig gesprochen und eine Jugendstrafe von sechseinhalb Jahren verhängt. (Az. 4 StR 402/22)
Zur Tatzeit im März 2021 war er ein Heranwachsender, also noch nicht 21 Jahre alt. Dem Dortmunder Urteil zufolge wollte er mehrere Menschen töten, um als Serienmörder zu gelten. Die erste Tat plante er demnach in einem Waldgebiet in Dortmund, wo er auf einen Radfahrer traf.
Als dieser von seinem Fahrrad abstieg, rauchte und auf sein Handy schaute, habe der Angeklagte zweimal mit einem Messer auf ihn eingestochen. Der Radfahrer konnte flüchten, sein Leben wurde durch eine Notoperation gerettet. Der BGH sah nun keine Rechtsfehler in dem Dortmunder Urteil und verwarf die Revision, wodurch das Urteil rechtskräftig wird.
