Ein Polizist darf nach einer Eilentscheidung des Berliner Verwaltungsgerichts in den sozialen Medien vorläufig nicht mehr als "Officer" auftreten. Der Hauptkommissar habe auf Tiktok ein Profil mit Polizeibezug betrieben, erklärte das Gericht am Freitag. Dort habe er ein Interview mit einem prominenten Clanmitglied geführt und seinen Interviewpartner geduzt.
Das Land habe ihm daraufhin verboten, in den sozialen Netzwerken eine Nebentätigkeit mit Polizeibezug auszüben. Auch sollte er alle bisherigen Beiträge und seinen Profilnamen "Officer" löschen. Dagegen reichte der Polizist einen Eilantrag beim Verwaltungsgericht ein, der nun aber ohne Erfolg blieb. Er habe dienstliche Pflichten verletzt, erklärte das Gericht.
Das Interview habe ein Näheverhältnis zum Clanmilieu offenbart, das nicht zu akzeptieren sei. Es bestünden Zweifel daran, dass der Polizist sein Amt in Zukunft pflichtgemäß und unparteiisch ausüben werde. Gegen diese Entscheidung wurde beim Oberverwaltungsgericht Berlin-Brandenburg Beschwerde eingelegt, wie das Gericht weiter mitteilte.
