Rheinmetall rückt in den Dax auf
Der Düsseldorfer Rüstungskonzern Rheinmetall rückt am Montag in den Deutschen Aktienindex (Dax) auf. Rheinmetall ersetzt im Index der 40 größten börsennotierten Unternehmen in Deutschland den Dialysespezialisten Fresenius Medical Care. Das Unternehmen profitiert vom Ukraine-Krieg: 2022 lag der Umsatz mit rund 6,4 Milliarden Euro auf einem Rekordhoch. Der Aktienkurs hat sich seit Beginn des Kriegs fast verdoppelt.
Auch für das laufende Jahr erwartet Rheinmetall ein "anhaltend starkes Umsatz- und Ergebniswachstum". Denn: "Der Konzern sieht sich in der veränderten sicherheitspolitischen Lage aussichtsreich positioniert, in Deutschland und in den Partnerländern mit sicherheitstechnischen Produkten eine wichtige Rolle bei der anstehenden Erhöhung der Verteidigungsfähigkeit zu spielen." Bei Rheinmetall arbeiten weltweit rund 25.000 Menschen.
