Frankreichs Regierung übersteht knapp Misstrauensvotum im Rentenstreit
Die französische Regierung hat ein Misstrauensvotum in der Nationalversammlung knapp überstanden und damit die umstrittene Rentenreform durchgesetzt. Lediglich neun Stimmen fehlten laut offiziellem Abstimmungsergebnis bis zur absoluten Mehrheit für einen ersten, fraktionsübergreifenden Misstrauensantrag. Ein zweiter Antrag der Rechtspopulisten, über den anschließend abgestimmt wird, hat so gut wie keine Aussicht, angenommen zu werden. Damit ist die Rentenreform, die die Anhebung des Rentenalters von 62 auf 64 Jahre vorsieht, endgültig verabschiedet.
"Die Regierung hat keine Legitimität mehr, die Premierministerin muss zurücktreten", sagte die Fraktionschefin der Linkspopulisten, Mathilde Panot. Sie kündigte an, bereits am Dienstag Verfassungsbeschwerde einzulegen.
Die Regierung konnte die Reform auf diese Weise verabschieden, weil sie den Verfassungsartikel 49.3 geltend gemacht hatte. Dieser sieht vor, dass ein Gesetz ohne Abstimmung im Parlament durchgesetzt werden kann, wenn die Regierung anschließend eingebrachte Misstrauensanträge übersteht.
