Warnung vor Versorgungschaos wegen geplantem Großstreik am Montag
Angesichts des von den Gewerkschaften geplanten Großstreiks am Montag warnt der Bundesverband Güterverkehr und Logistik (BGL) vor einem Versorgungschaos. Angesichts der Lage müsse an diesem Wochenende das Sonntagsfahrverbot für Lastwagen aufgehoben werden, forderte Verbandspräsident Dirk Engelhardt in der "Bild"-Zeitung (Freitagsausgabe). Die Gewerkschaften handelten "gegen den Willen von Millionen Bundesbürgern".
"Der Streik wird auch viele Lkw-Fahrer und -Fahrten massiv treffen. Es droht Versorgungschaos und ein Schaden von zig Millionen, wenn Waren nicht rechtzeitig geliefert werden können", sagte Engelhardt voraus. "Es wäre daher sinnvoll, wenn Verkehrsminister (Volker) Wissing das Fahrverbot für Lkw an diesem Sonntag aufheben würde." Dies könnte "viel von dem Chaos und dem Schaden für die Wirtschaft abmildern".
Wegen des Tarifkonflikts im öffentlichen Dienst und bei der Bahn drohen am Montag die umfangreichsten Streiks seit vielen Jahren in Deutschland. Die Dienstleistungsgewerkschaft Verdi und die Eisenbahn- und Verkehrsgewerkschaft (EVG) riefen hunderttausende Beschäftigte im Verkehrsbereich zu "einen ganztägigen Arbeitskampf" auf. Die Deutsche Bahn stellt deswegen am Montag den gesamten Fernverkehr ein. Auch im Nah-, Flug-, Schiffs- und Straßenverkehr werden massive Beeinträchtigungen erwartet.
