Kipping fordert rasche Anerkennung der Berufsabschlüsse von Ukraine-Flüchtlingen
Berlins Arbeits- und Sozialsenatorin Katja Kipping (Linke) fordert eine schnelle Anerkennung der Berufsabschlüsse von Ukraine-Flüchtlingen, um diese rasch in den Arbeitsmarkt integrieren zu können. "Wir müssen im bundesweiten Zusammenspiel eine unbürokratische Lösung für die Anerkennung von Berufsabschlüssen finden", sagte Kipping dem "Handelsblatt" vom Samstag. "Das muss schnell geschehen, denn die Menschen, die zu uns kommen, wollen sich mit ihrer Arbeit einbringen."
Bei der Finanzierung von Sprach- und Integrationskursen für Kriegsflüchtlinge forderte Kipping eine faire Aufteilung zwischen Bund, Ländern und Kommunen. "Die Flüchtlingskosten sind eine Aufgabe von nationaler Tragweite", sagte sie der Zeitung.
Kritisch sieht Kipping die Haltung der Bundesregierung, wonach Geflüchtete sozialrechtlich nach dem Asylbewerberleistungsgesetz abgesichert werden sollen. "Wir wollen, dass die Menschen über die Leistungen des Sozialgesetzbuchs II versorgt werden. Über diese Grundsicherung wäre der Zugang zu Integrationskursen, Sprachkursen, Arbeitsmarktmaßnahmen und auch zum Arbeitsmarkt viel leichter und schneller möglich", sagte die Linken-Politikerin dem "Handelsblatt".
