CDU knüpft Zustimmung zu Wachstumschancengesetz weiter an Bauern-Entlastungen
Vor der Bundesrats-Abstimmung über das Wachstumschancengesetz knüpft die CDU ihre Zustimmung weiter an Entlastungen für Landwirte. "Ohne ein Angebot, von dem alle landwirtschaftlichen Betriebe substanziell etwas haben, wird der selbst verschuldete Konflikt der 'Ampel' mit den Landwirten bestehen bleiben", sagte Unions-Fraktionsvize Steffen Bilger am Donnerstag dem "Handelsblatt". Die Bundesregierung müsse jetzt schleunigst liefern.
Ein Angebot, das die Streichung der Agrardiesel-Regelung kompensieren solle, müsse "ein finanziell vergleichbares Volumen haben und darf nicht nur darin bestehen, ohnehin bereits vereinbarte Maßnahmen wie die Aussetzung der Flächenstilllegungsverpflichtungen für 2024 einzupreisen oder Bürokratieabbau in Aussicht zu stellen", so Bilger weiter.
Das Wachstumschancengesetz sieht Entlastungen für Unternehmen in Höhe von rund drei Milliarden Euro pro Jahr vor. Die Union macht ihre Zustimmung von einer Rücknahme der Subventionsstreichung auf Agrardiesel für Landwirte abhängig. Der Bundestag hatte dem Gesetz bereits zugestimmt. Am Freitag steht es im Bundesrat zur Abstimmung.
