Scholz beginnt China-Reise in Millionenstadt Chongqing
Bundeskanzler Olaf Scholz (SPD) beginnt am Sonntag seinen Besuch in China, bei dem es um die Wirtschaftsbeziehungen und internationale Krisen gehen soll. Erste Station des Kanzlers ist die Millionenstadt Chongqing. Scholz besucht dort einen Standort von Bosch, an dem das Unternehmen Wasserstoffantriebe entwickelt. Nach einem Gespräch mit Studierenden über moderne Stadtplanung informiert sich der Kanzler zudem über ein Forschungsprojekt Sachsens und der Universität Chongqing zur Überwachung von Wasserqualität.
Am Montag reist Scholz dann in die Wirtschaftsmetropole Shanghai weiter. An den ersten beiden Tagen der dreitägigen Reise sollen Wirtschafts- und Technologiefragen im Mittelpunkt stehen. Der Kanzler wird auch von einer großen Wirtschaftsdelegation begleitet. Die politischen Gespräche sind dann für Dienstag in Peking geplant.
