Bericht: Mehr Geld für Telekom-Chef Höttges
Telekom-Chef Tim Höttges soll einem Medienbericht zufolge künftig mehr Geld verdienen dürfen. Der Aufsichtsrat des Konzerns habe die maximale Vergütung des Vorstandsvorsitzenden im Dezember abermals gesteigert, berichtete am Dienstag das "Manager Magazin" unter Berufung auf Angaben mehrerer Insider aus dem Konzern. Demnach soll Höttges künftig bis zu 9,1 Millionen Euro im Jahr verdienen können, sein Fixgehalt sei im Zuge dessen um über 300.000 Euro erhöht worden.
Anlass für die Erhöhung sei die vorzeitige Vertragsverlängerung von Höttges um fünf Jahre, die kurz vor Weihnachten bekanntgegeben worden war, berichtete das "Manager Magazin" weiter. Die Deutsche Telekom wollte sich auf Anfrage demnach nicht äußern - der Hauptversammlung, die zum Teil noch über die Vergütungsdetails zu entscheiden habe, solle nicht vorgegriffen werden. Bereits im vergangenen Frühjahr war die Maximalvergütung des Telekom-Chefs auf 8,5 Millionen Euro im Jahr angehoben worden.
