Grünen-Fraktionschefin offen für Aussetzen der Schuldenbremse
Die Vorsitzende der Grünen-Bundestagsfraktion, Katharina Dröge, hat sich offen für ein weiteres Aussetzen der Schuldenbremse für die Finanzierung von Wirtschaftshilfen gezeigt. "Es gibt unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten, eine davon ist, noch mehr Schulden aufzunehmen", sagte Dröge am Freitag im ZDF-"Morgenmagazin". "Am Ende muss das Geld da sein." Es sei jetzt wichtig, etwa mittelständischen Unternehmen zu helfen.
Bundesfinanzminister Christian Lindner (FDP) will im kommenden Jahr die im Grundgesetz verankerte Schuldenbremse wieder einhalten. Sie war für die Jahre 2020 bis 2022 ausgesetzt worden - zweimal stand dabei die Corona-Pandemie im Mittelpunkt, dieses Jahr zusätzlich die Folgen des Ukraine-Krieges.
Dröge verteidigte zugleich, dass die von der Koalition geplante Strompreisbremse noch nicht in Kraft ist. "Es ist nicht einfach, in den Strommarkt einzugreifen", sagte die Grünen-Politikerin im "Morgenmagazin". Das dazu nötige Gesetzgebungsverfahren "würde man normalerweise in zwei, drei Jahren machen, so komplex ist das". Es solle aber noch in diesem Jahr eine Lösung geben, um mit der Abschöpfung von Gewinnen bei Stromunternehmen einen Basisverbrauch der Haushalte zu subventionieren.
Beim Thema Gaspreise zeigte sich Dröge zurückhaltend über die Aussichten auf eine schnelle Lösung. Sie verwies auf die derzeit beratende Kommission, die die Bundesregierung eingesetzt hat und die im Oktober Vorschläge vorlegen soll. "Da ist der Gaspreisdeckel eine Möglichkeit, die in jedem Fall diskutiert wird", sagte die Grünen-Politikerin. Eine Lösung für den Gasmarkt müsse aber zielgenau sein.
