Studie: Dividenden der Dax-Konzerne fließen zum Großteil an ausländische Anleger
Deutschlands größte börsennotierte Unternehmen haben in diesem Jahr so viel Geld wie nie an ihre Anleger ausgeschüttet: 51 Milliarden Euro. Das waren 15 Milliarden Euro mehr als im Vorjahr, wie die Unternehmensberatung EY am Freitag mitteilte. Der Großteil floss dabei an ausländische Investoren, denn weniger als ein Drittel der Aktien der 40 im Dax gelisteten Unternehmen gehören deutschen Anlegern.
"Deutschlands Top-Konzerne haben sich in der Vergangenheit zu internationalen Schwergewichten entwickelt", erläuterte EY. Diese globalen Unternehmen erwirtschafteten inzwischen mehr als die Hälfte ihres Umsatzes außerhalb Europas, und diese Internationalisierung habe ihnen ein starkes Wachstum und damit einhergehend Rekordzahlen bei Umsatz und Gewinnen ermöglicht. Die zunehmende Internationalität spiegele sich auch in der Zusammensetzung der Anteilseigner wider.
Laut EY befinden sich 53 Prozent der Wertpapiere von Deutschlands 40 im Deutschen Aktienindex (Dax) gelisteten Konzernen im Besitz ausländischer Investoren. 30 Prozent sind demnach in der Hand deutscher Anleger; 17 Prozent des Aktienbestands der Dax-Konzerne lassen sich nicht zuordnen.
Bei mindestens 24 der 40 Konzerne liegt die Mehrheit der Aktien der Studie zufolge in Depots im Ausland. Nur bei vier Dax-Konzernen gehören mehr als 50 Prozent der Aktien deutschen Anlegern: Siemens Healthineers, Beiersdorf, Hannover Rück und der Deutschen Telekom. Am höchsten ist der Anteil ausländischer Anteilseigner laut Studie bei Vonovia - nur zehn Prozent der Aktien des Immobilienkonzerns sind in den Händen deutscher Investoren.
Jede fünfte Aktie der Dax-Konzerne befindet sich laut Studie im Besitz von Investoren in Nordamerika. In den USA hätten einige sehr wichtige institutionelle Investoren ihren Sitz, erläuterte EY. Sie nähmen zunehmend aktiv Einfluss auf die geschäftliche Ausrichtung der deutschen Unternehmen.
