Sportwagenbauer Porsche geht an die Frankfurter Börse
Der Sportwagenbauer Porsche geht am Donnerstag in Frankfurt am Main an die Börse. Der Mutterkonzern VW hatte Anfang September grünes Licht dafür gegeben. Den Erlös will der Sportwagenbauer in den Ausbau der Elektromobilität stecken. Schon 2030 sollen mehr als 80 Prozent der neu ausgelieferten Fahrzeuge vollelektrisch angetrieben sein.
Volkswagen hofft auf einen Erlös von 9,4 Milliarden Euro bei einer Preisspanne von 76,50 Euro bis 82,50 Euro pro Aktie. Porsche gehört zu 100 Prozent zu Volkswagen. Der weltweit zweitgrößte Autohersteller wiederum wird kontrolliert von der Porsche Automobil Holding SE, über die die Familien Porsche und Piëch eine Stimmenmehrheit von 53,3 Prozent bei Volkswagen haben. Durch den Börsengang bekommen die Eigner-Familien wieder Zugriff auf Porsche.
