Ifo: Mehr Firmen wollen Preise erhöhen - Zahl im September nochmal gestiegen
Die Zahl der Unternehmen, die in den kommenden Monaten Preiserhöhungen planen, ist zuletzt noch einmal gestiegen. Wie das Münchner Ifo-Institut am Mittwoch mitteilte, stiegen die Preiserwartungen für die Gesamtwirtschaft im September auf 53,5 Punkte, nach 48,1 Punkten im August. Der Saldo ergibt sich, indem vom prozentualen Anteil der Unternehmen, die ihre Preise anheben wollen, der Anteil derer abgezogen wird, die sie senken wollen.
Wenn alle Firmen die Preise erhöhen wollen, ergäbe sich also ein Wert von 100 Punkten - das war im September bei den Lebensmitteln der Fall. Im August lag dieser Wert noch bei 96,9 Punkten. "Die Inflationswelle dürfte daher leider noch nicht abebben", erklärte Ifo-Konjunkturchef Timo Wollmershäuser. Vor allem bei Gas und Strom sei "noch einiges in der Preispipeline".
Im Handel sind Preiserhöhungen vor allem in Drogerien (92,3 Punkte), bei Blumen, Pflanzen und Zoobedarf (89,6 Punkte) und Spielwaren (89 Punkte) zu erwarten. In der Industrie liegen die Bekleidungshersteller weit vorn (83,5). Hoch sind die Zahlen auch in der Gastronomie (87,4).
Durch die Branchen hinweg haben Firmen derzeit mit hohen Beschaffungs- und Energiekosten zu kämpfen - zum Teil geben sie diese über Preiserhöhungen an die Verbraucherinnen und Verbraucher weiter. Ein weiterer Faktor dürfte der zum Oktober angestiegene Mindestlohn sein. Eine Anfang September veröffentlichte Ifo-Umfrage hatte ergeben, dass gut 30 Prozent der Firmen direkt betroffen sind, weil sie derzeit teilweise weniger als zwölf Euro pro Stunde zahlen. 58,3 Prozent von ihnen planten demnach Preiserhöhungen.
