Bundestag stimmt über Teillegalisierung von Cannabis ab
Der Bundestag entscheidet am Freitag über die teilweise Freigabe von Cannabis (Debatte 13.35 Uhr). Das Plenum soll namentlich über das umstrittene Gesetz abstimmen. Das Vorhaben von Bundesgesundheitsminister Karl Lauterbach (SPD) war unter Fachleuten und auch in der Koalition kontrovers diskutiert worden. Einige SPD-Abgeordnete hatten bereits angekündigt, gegen den Gesetzentwurf zu stimmen. Die Fraktionen der Union und der AfD legten Anträge vor, die eine Legalisierung ablehnen.
Die Neuregelung sieht vor, die bisher illegale Droge Cannabis unter bestimmten Bedingungen für den privaten Konsum zu legalisieren. So soll der Bezug von maximal 25 Gramm pro Tag über nicht kommerzielle Vereine ermöglicht werden. Im Eigenanbau sollen bis zu drei Pflanzen erlaubt sein. Für Minderjährige sollen Besitz und Konsum verboten bleiben.
