Bundestag stimmt über E-Patientenakte ab und debattiert über Klimakonferenz
Der Bundestag will am Donnerstag zwei Gesetze zur Digitalisierung im Gesundheitswesen verabschieden (Sitzung ab 09.00 Uhr). Die Vorlagen aus dem Haus von Bundesgesundheitsminister Karl Lauterbach (SPD) zielen darauf ab, die Nutzung der elektronischen Patientenakte (ePA) flächendeckend auszuweiten sowie Gesundheitsdaten von Patientinnen und Patienten besser für die Forschung nutzbar zu machen. Bislang wird die elektronische Patientenakte nur mit ausdrücklicher Zustimmung des Betroffenen genutzt. Künftig soll die Nutzung zum Normalfall werden - wobei die Patientinnen und Patienten dem widersprechen dürfen.
Auf Antrag der CDU/CSU sollen die Abgeordneten ab 10.20 Uhr über die Halbzeitbilanz der Wahlperiode debattieren. Ein Beschluss ist hier nicht geplant. Ebenfalls auf Antrag der Union soll sich der Bundestag am Nachmittag in einer aktuellen Stunde mit den Ergebnissen der Weltklimakonferenz befassen (14.40 Uhr). Weiteres Thema ist der Bericht der Unabhängigen Kommission Antiziganismus.
