Karlsruhe entscheidet über Eilantrag von Unionsfraktion gegen Nachtragshaushalt
Das Bundesverfassungsgericht in Karlsruhe veröffentlicht am Donnerstag (09.30 Uhr) seine Entscheidung über den Eilantrag der Unions-Bundestagsfraktion gegen den zweiten Nachtragshaushalt der Bundesregierung für 2021. Darin waren 60 Milliarden Euro, die kreditfinanziert ursprünglich zur Bewältigung von Folgen der Corona-Krise vorgesehen waren, in den Energie- und Klimafonds überführt worden. Das halten CDU und CSU für verfassungswidrig. (Az. 2 BvF 1/22)
Die Fraktion zog nach Karlsruhe. CDU-Chef Friedrich Merz sagte bei der Ankündigung im Mai, die Überschreitung der Grenzen der Schuldenbremse für diese Kredite sei ausdrücklich nur in Verbindung mit der Pandemie vom Bundestag genehmigt worden. Um zu verhindern, dass bereits Geld aus dem Fonds ausgegeben wird, reichte die Fraktion außerdem den Antrag auf eine einstweilige Anordnung beim Gericht ein. Nur die Entscheidung darüber wird nun veröffentlicht, eine Entscheidung in der Hauptsache steht noch aus.
