Frankreichs Nationalversammlung debattiert über umstrittene Rentenreform
Die französische Nationalversammlung debattiert von Montag an über die heftig umstrittene Rentenreform. Nach dem Willen der Regierung sollen Franzosen künftig länger arbeiten: Das Renteneintrittsalter soll bis 2030 von 62 auf 64 Jahre angehoben werden. Unternehmen sollen verstärkt Senioren einstellen, und die Mindestrente ohne Abschläge soll um 100 Euro auf 1200 Euro angehoben werden.
Weite Teile der Bevölkerung lehnen die Reformpläne ab. Bei den bisherigen Protesttagen sind jeweils mehr als eine Million Menschen auf die Straße gegangen. In der Nationalversammlung wurden mehr als 20.000 Änderungsanträge eingereicht, die meisten davon von der Opposition. Für Präsident Emmanuel Macron handelt es sich um eines seiner wichtigste Vorhaben seiner zweiten und letzten Amtszeit.
