Nawalny ruft Russen nach Verurteilung zu Widerstand gegen Putin auf
Der russische Kreml-Kritiker Alexej Nawalny hat seine Landsleute nach seiner Verurteilung zu 19 Jahren Haft in einem "Extremismus"-Prozess zum Widerstand gegen die Regierung von Wladimir Putin aufgerufen. In einer am Freitag von seinem Team auf seiner Facebook-Seite verbreiteten Botschaft erklärte Nawalny wörtlich: "Sie zwingen Euch dazu, Euer Russland kampflos der Bande von Verrätern, Dieben und Schurken zu überlassen, die an die Macht gekommen sind."
"Putin darf sein Ziel nicht erreichen. Verliert nicht den Willen zum Widerstand", schrieb Nawalny und fuhr an seine Landsleute gerichtet fort: "Sie wollen Euch Angst machen, nicht mir, und Euch den Willen zum Widerstand nehmen."
Nawalny, der in den Jahren vor seiner Verhaftung zu den größten Protestdemonstrationen gegen Putin mobilisiert hatte, war am Freitag zu einer 19-jährigen Haftstrafe in einer Hochsicherheits-Strafkolonie verurteilt worden. Er sitzt derzeit bereits eine neunjährige Haftstrafe wegen angeblichen Betrugs ab.
