Gesetz zur Mobilisierung von Soldaten in der Ukraine von Selenskyj unterschrieben
In der Ukraine hat Präsident Wolodymyr Selenskyj am Dienstag das umstrittene Gesetz zur Mobilisierung von Soldaten unterzeichnet. Wie das Parlament in Kiew auf seiner Website mitteilte, erhielt es das am 11. April verabschiedete Gesetz vom Präsidenten unterschrieben zurück. Nach mehr als zwei Jahren Krieg verzeichnet die ukrainische Armee massive Verluste und hat große Schwierigkeiten, weitere Soldaten zu rekrutieren.
Das Mobilisierungsgesetz soll dem entgegenwirken. Zum einen sieht es härtere Strafen für Kriegsdienstverweigerer vor. Zum anderen soll die Einberufungsprozedur erleichtert werden, indem ein digitales System eingeführt wird. Einen Tag vor der Verabschiedung durch das Parlament war zudem ein Passus gestrichen worden, der eine Entlassung von Soldaten aus der Armee vorgesehen hatte, die 36 Monate gedient haben.
