Gewerbsmäßige Impfpassfälschung in Coronakrise: Mann in Niedersachsen verurteilt
Wegen gewerbsmäßiger Impfpassfälschungen während der Coronakrise hat das Landgericht im niedersächsischen Oldenburg einen Mann zu einer Geld- und Bewährungsstrafe verurteilt. Die zuständige Kammer sah es nach Angaben eines Sprechers am Dienstag als erwiesen an, dass der 33-Jährige von Herbst 2021 bis Frühjahr 2022 in 85 Fällen falsche Nachweise über das Netzwerk Telegram verkauft hatte.
Das Gericht verurteilte den Mann aus dem niedersächsischen Delmenhorst zu einer Haftstrafe von zwei Jahren auf Bewährung sowie einer Geldstrafe in Höhe von 5250 Euro, aufgeteilt auf 210 Tagessätze zu je 25 Euro. Zudem ordnete es die Einziehung von 15.000 Euro ein, um die Einnahmen aus dem illegalen Geschäft abzuschöpfen. Das Urteil gegen den Beschuldigten erging unter anderem wegen Urkundenfälschung in einem besonders schweren Fall.
Laut Anklage hatte der Mann pro Fälschung in der Regel einen Betrag von 150 Euro kassiert, teilweise aber auch mehr oder weniger. Die Staatsanwaltschaft plädierte auf eine Haftstrafe von drei Jahren und drei Monaten sowie die Einziehung der Einnahmen in Höhe von rund 15.000 Euro. Die Verteidigung sprach sich für eine Bewährungs- und Geldstrafe aus.
