Heil kündigt modernes Einwanderungsrecht an
Arbeitsminister Hubertus Heil (SPD) hält für die langfristige Sicherung des Wirtschaftswachstums in Deutschland die qualifizierte Zuwanderung aus dem Ausland für unerlässlich. Deutschland werde "alle Register für Fachkräftesicherung ziehen müssen", sagte der SPD-Politiker den Zeitungen der Funke-Mediengruppe (Sonntagsausgabe). Das betreffe sowohl die Ausbildung, die Weiterbildung und die Frauenerwerbsbeteiligung als auch die "notwendige qualifizierte Zuwanderung". Ein entsprechendes Konzept will Heil noch in diesem Herbst vorlegen.
Der Minister verwies dabei neben Strategien für die Fachkräfte-Gewinnung, die Weiterbildung und das Bürgergeld auch auf Eckpunkte für ein "modernes Einwanderungsrecht".
Denn die Frage der Fachkräftesicherung bleibe aus seiner Sicht "die Wohlstandsfrage für unser Land". Auch wenn im Inland alle Register gezogen seien, brauche Deutschland "qualifizierte Zuwanderung aus dem Ausland", um den Fachkräftemangel "nicht zur dauerhaften Wachstumsbremse" werden zu lassen, sagte Heil.
