Putin unterzeichnet Gesetzgebung zur Annexion russischer Gebiete
Der russische Präsident Wladimir Putin hat am Mittwoch die Gesetzgebung zur Annexion von vier ukrainischen Regionen unterzeichnet. In den im russischen Regierungsportal veröffentlichten Dokumenten heißt es, die Regionen Donezk, Luhansk, Cherson und Saporischschja seien "in Übereinstimmung mit der Verfassung der Russischen Föderation in die Russische Föderation aufgenommen" worden.
Zudem unterzeichnete Putin mehrere Dekrete, mit denen die pro-russischen Anführer in diesen Regionen im Osten und Süden der Ukraine formell zu deren politischen Oberhäuptern ernannt wurden. Am Freitag hatte der russische Präsident bereits gemeinsam mit den Separatistenchefs in einer Zeremonie im Kreml Erklärungen zur Annexion unterzeichnet.
Die Gesetze folgten auf "Referenden" in den vier Regionen, die der Westen einstimmig als völkerrechtswidrig verurteilt hat.
Die Regionen Cherson und Saporischschja werden von den russischen Truppen allerdings nur teilweise kontrolliert. Vom Verteidigungsministerium in Moskau veröffentlichte Karten zeigten jüngste russische Geländeverluste. Aus ihnen geht etwa hervor, dass die russischen Streitkräfte nicht mehr die Kontrolle über das Dorf Dudschany am Westufer des Dnjepr haben.
