Putin ordnet russische Verwaltung für Akw Saporischschja an
Der russische Präsident Wladimir Putin hat das besetzte ukrainische Atomkraftwerk Saporischschja unter russische Verwaltung gestellt. Putin unterzeichnete am Mittwoch in Moskau ein entsprechendes Dekret. Das größte Atomkraftwerk Europas im Süden der Ukraine ist seit März von russischen Truppen besetzt.
Der Chef des Akw, Ihor Muraschow, war am Freitag von russischen Truppen festgenommen worden. Mittlerweile ist er nach Angaben der Internationalen Atomenergiebehörde (IAEA), die mit mehreren Experten vor Ort ist, wieder bei seiner Familie.
Am Dienstag hatte die IAEA angekündigt, ihr Chef Rafael Grossi reise noch diese Woche nach Kiew und nach Moskau. Dort wolle er seine Beratungen über die Einrichtung einer Sicherheitszone rund um das Akw fortsetzen.
Die Anlage geriet in den vergangenen Wochen immer wieder unter Beschuss, für den sich Moskau und Kiew gegenseitig verantwortlich machten. Der Beschuss sowie Kämpfe in der Nähe des Atomkraftwerks schüren die Angst vor einer Atomkatastrophe.
