NHL: Draisaitl mit Siegtor für die Oilers - Greiss-Sieg mit St. Louis
Deutschlands Eishockey-Topstar Leon Draisaitl hat die Edmonton Oilers mit seinem Siegtor zum 4:3 bei den New York Rangers aus dem Tief geschossen. Nach zwei Niederlagen zuletzt und einem 0:3 nach zwei Dritteln im Big Apple krönte der Kölner die gelungene Aufholjagd seiner Mannschaft mit seinem zwölften Saisontor und seinem 32. Scorerpunkt im 21. Spiel.
"Das war ein Sieg des Charakters. Ganz wichtig für uns, darauf werden wir aufbauen", sagte Draisaitl: "Aber wir können nicht immer von einem 0:3 zurückkommen. Und wir müssen wieder anfangen, konstant Spiele zu gewinnen."
Ex-Nationaltorwart Thomas Greiss feierte mit den St. Louis Blues einen 5:4-Erfolg nach Verlängerung bei den Florida Panthers. Von 37 Schüssen auf sein Tor wehrte der 36 Jahre alte Füssener 33 ab und erreichte eine Fangquote von 89,2. Das Greiss-Team lag schon mit 0:3 und 1:4 im Hintertreffen und bewies Moral.
