Hertha-Trainer Dardai: "Haben noch eine kleine Hoffnung"
Trainer Pal Dardai hat die Fans des Fußball-Bundesligisten Hertha BSC auf den Endspurt im Abstiegskampf eingeschworen. "Die Momentaufnahme ist nicht schön. Wir haben noch eine kleine Hoffnung. Wir versuchen in der Liga zu bleiben. Das ist wichtig für den Nachwuchs, die Fans und Berlin", sagte der Coach bei der Mitgliederversammlung am Sonntag, bei welcher der Ungar mit Standing Ovations begrüßt wurde.
Dennoch sei sich Dardai der prekären Lage bewusst. "Aber ich will nicht labern. Es ist nicht mehr in unserer Hand", sagte der 47-Jährige. Hertha ist zwei Spieltage vor Schluss mit 25 Punkten Tabellenletzter, in den verbleibenden Partien spielt gegen den VfL Bochum und beim VfL Wolfsburg. "Wir werden gegen Bochum alles versuchen, um zu gewinnen. Dann haben wir am letzten Spieltag vielleicht noch ein Zitterspiel", sagte Dardai.
