Borussia Dortmund hofft im Bundesliga-Nachholspiel beim FSV Mainz 05 am Mittwoch (18.30 Uhr/DAZN) auf den Einsatz von Mats Hummels und Raphael Guerreiro. Beide fehlten beim 1:0 gegen Arminia Bielefeld am Sonntag aufgrund eines positiven Coronatests. "Sie sind hoffentlich eine Option für Mainz. Sie müssen sich aber noch freitesten", sagte Trainer Marco Rose.
Mit einem Sieg in Mainz könnte der BVB den Rückstand auf Spitzenreiter Bayern München auf vier Punkte verringern. "Die Bundesliga ist kein Wunschkonzert. Da ist jedes einzelne Spiel ein Kampf", sagte Rose.
