Jorge Martín gana el esprint del GP de España de MotoGP
El español Jorge Martín ganó este sábado la carrera al esprint del Gran Premio de España de MotoGP en el circuito de Jerez de la Frontera, ampliando su ventaja al frente del Mundial.
En una carrera con varias caídas, incluida la de Marc Márquez cuando iba en cabeza, Martín (Ducati Pramac) se impuso en la meta a su compatriota Pedro Acosta (GasGas-Tech3), de 19 años, y al francés Fabio Quartararo (Yamaha).
Muy regular desde el inicio de la temporada, Martín tiene ahora 29 puntos de ventaja sobre Acosta, que se aupó al segundo puesto del campeonato en su segunda temporada en la élite.
El veterano Dani Pedrosa, piloto reserva de KTM que obtuvo una invitación para disputar la prueba este fin de semana, y el italiano Franco Morbidelli (Ducati-Pramac) completaron el Top 5 de esta carrera de doce vueltas, que da puntos para el campeonato.
Víctima de una caída cuando marchaba en cabeza, Marc Márquez (Ducati-Gresini), que había salido desde la pole, sólo pudo acabar en séptima posicion.
Otros favoritos también se fueron al suelo con menos suerte como el doble campeón del mundo Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati), que no pudo acabar la carrera.
Su compañero de equipo Enea Bastianini, segundo del campeonato antes de llegar a España, se fue asimismo al suelo al igual que el sudafricano Brad Binder (KTM) o los españoles Álex Márquez (Ducati-Gresini) y Maverick Viñales, vencedor del último Gran Premio hace dos semanas en Estados Unidos.
