NBA: Gala von Franz Wagner - Orlando gleicht Serie aus
Dank einer 34-Punkte-Gala von Basketball-Weltmeister Franz Wagner ist Orlando Magic in den NBA-Play-offs gegen die Cleveland Cavaliers wieder voll im Rennen. Orlando gewann das vierte Spiel der Achtelfinalserie mit 112:89 und glich nach zwei Niederlagen zum Auftakt zum 2:2 aus.
Nach neun Punkten Rückstand zur Pause drehten die Gastgeber aus Florida in Durchgang zwei mächtig auf. Allein das dritte Viertel ging mit 27 Punkten Unterschied an Orlando, dies sorgte für die Vorentscheidung. Wagner älterer Bruder Moritz kam auf sieben Punkte, vier Rebounds und zwei Assists. Franz Wagner verbuchte neben seiner starken Punkteausbeute auf bemerkenswerte 13 Rebounds, er war beim Scoring und unter beim Rebounding der mit Abstand wirkungsvollste Spieler auf dem Parkett.
Am Dienstagabend (Ortszeit) geht die Best-of-seven-Serie in Cleveland in Spiel fünf, danach hat Orlando wieder Heimrecht. Ein mögliches Spiel sieben würde in der Halle der Cavaliers am 5. Mai stattfinden.
