Stadt München untersagt Klima-Kleber-Proteste bis 8. Januar
Die bayerische Landeshauptstadt München verbietet für vier Wochen alle Proteste von von Klima-Klebern auf wichtigen Straßen in ihrem Stadtgebiet. Das Verbot werde per Allgemeinverfügung zur präventiven Gefahrenabwehr verhängt und gelte vom 10. Dezember bis zum 8. Januar, erklärte das Presse- und Informationsamt der Stadt am Freitag. Es gelte für sämtliche Versammlungen, "bei denen sich Teilnehmende fest mit der Fahrbahn oder in anderer Weise fest verbinden, sofern die versammlungsrechtliche Anzeigepflicht nicht eingehalten ist".
Das Verbot erstreckt sich demnach auf alle Straßen, die für Rettungseinsätze und sogenannte Gefahrenabwehrmaßnahmen besonders kritisch sind, sowie auf Autobahnen, inklusive den dortigen Schilderbrücken.
Verboten ist dort sowohl das Veranstalten als auch die Teilnahme an solchen Protestaktionen. Das Verbot diene dazu, "die Freihaltung der Hauptrouten der Einsatz- und Rettungsfahrzeuge im Stadtgebiet jederzeit zu gewährleisten und möglichen Schaden für Leib und Leben abzuwenden", erklärte die Stadt.
