Die frühere US-Boygroup NSYNC hat ihren ersten neuen Song seit mehr als 20 Jahren veröffentlicht. Der Popsong "Better Place" für den Soundtrack des neuen Animationsfilms "Trolls - Gemeinsam Stark" wurde am Freitag online gestellt. Justin Timberlake, Joey Fatone, JC Chasez, Lance Bass und Chris Kirkpatrick hatten Mitte September verkündet, sich für den Song wieder zusammengetan zu haben.
NSYNC hatte 2001 mit "Celebrity" ein letztes gemeinsames Studioalbum herausgebracht und sich im folgenden Jahr aufgelöst. Mitte September sagte Timberlake dann, der neue Song sei "ein Liebesbrief an unsere Fans". Der 42-jährige Musiker hat in den "Trolls"-Filmen eine Sprecherrolle. Der dritte Film der Animationsreihe - "Trolls - Gemeinsam Stark" - kommt Mitte November in die Kinos.
