Urteil im Prozess um tödliche Angriffe auf Polizisten in Kusel erwartet
Im Prozess um die tödlichen Schüsse auf zwei Polizisten bei Kusel in Rheinland-Pfalz wird vor dem Landgericht Kaiserslautern am Mittwoch (10.30 Uhr) das Urteil gegen die beiden Angeklagten erwartet. Hauptangeklagter ist der 39-jährige Andreas S., der die Polizistin und den Polizisten am 31. Januar bei einer Verkehrskontrolle aus Habgier erschossen haben soll, um eine Jagdwilderei zu verdecken. Florian V. ist angeklagt wegen Wilderei. S. werden zwei vollendete Morde vorgeworfen.
Die Staatsanwaltschaft hatte in ihrem Plädoyer für S. lebenslange Haft und die Feststellung der besonderen Schwere der Schuld gefordert, was eine vorzeitige Haftentlassung praktisch ausschließen würde. Für V. forderte sie eine Verurteilung wegen Beihilfe zur Wilderei, plädierte aber auf Straffreiheit. V.s Verteidigung schloss sich der Staatsanwaltschaft an. Die Anwälte von S. wiesen den Mordvorwurf zurück, stellten aber keinen konkreten Antrag.
