Prozessauftakt gegen Nachhilfelehrer wegen Kindesmissbrauchs an Landgericht Köln
Ein früherer Nachhilfelehrer muss sich seit Mittwoch wegen des Verdachts des sexuellen Missbrauchs mehrerer minderjähriger Schüler vor dem Landgericht Köln verantworten. Zum Prozessauftakt wurde die Anklage verlesen, wie eine Gerichtssprecherin sagte. Der Angeklagte war bereit, sich zu den Vorwürfen zu äußern.
Der 61-Jährige soll laut Anklage neun Jungen in einer Nachhilfeschule in Hürth bei Köln seit Januar 2021 missbraucht haben. Zu den sexuellen und körperlichen Berührungen soll es bei Entspannungsübungen gekommen sein. Die Staatsanwaltschaft wirft ihm insgesamt 50 Fälle vor. Die Taten beging der Angeklagte demnach bis Juni 2022. Für den Prozess wurden zunächst neun Verhandlungstage bis Mitte März angesetzt.
