39-Jähriger missbrauchte Tochter und bot sie im Internet an - vier Jahre Haft
Das Landgericht im baden-württembergischen Offenburg hat einen 39-Jährigen am Dienstag wegen schweren sexuellen Missbrauchs seiner dreijährigen Tochter zu vier Jahren Haft verurteilt. Das Urteil erging unter anderem auch wegen des Herstellens von Kinderpornografie, wie eine Gerichtssprecherin mitteilte. Laut Anklage hatte der Mann sein Kind im Mai vergangenen Jahres missbraucht und darüber hinaus im Internet zum Missbrauch angeboten.
Der Angeklagte aus dem Ortenaukreis zeigte sich der Sprecherin zufolge in dem Ende Januar gestarteten Prozess im Wesentlichen geständig und beteuerte, "dass es ihm leid tue". Die Staatsanwaltschaft forderte demnach sechs Jahre und drei Monate Haft, die Verteidigung eine Strafe von nicht mehr als zwei Jahren zur Bewährung sowie die Aufhebung des Haftbefehls. Der Mann war im Juli nach dem Hinweis eines Dritten auf sein Angebot im Internet festgenommen worden. Er sitzt seitdem in Untersuchungshaft.
