Rund eine Tonne Drogen in Hessen beschlagnahmt - in Obstkisten versteckt
Ermittler sind in Hessen gegen eine mutmaßliche Rauschgifthändlerbande vorgegangen und haben dabei rund eine Tonne Marihuana und Haschisch beschlagnahmt. Die Drogen waren zum Großteil in Obstkisten versteckt, wie das Landeskriminalamt in Wiesbaden am Montag mitteilte. Fünf Tatverdächtige im Alter von 27 und 59 wurden festgenommen, sie kamen in Untersuchungshaft.
Die Rauschgiftfahnder hatten demnach im Juni Hinweise auf zwei Pakete mit Marihuana bekommen, die an eine Firma in Wiesbaden verschickt werden sollten. Nach Ankunft der beiden Holzkisten gingen die Fahnder in Zusammenarbeit mit der Wiesbadener Staatsanwaltschaft und dem Zollfahndungsamt Frankfurt am Main gegen den Betrieb vor.
Dabei beschlagnahmten sie insgesamt hundert Kilogramm Marihuana. Im Zuge der Ermittlungen stießen die Fahnder dann in er vergangenen Woche in einer Lagerhalle im hessischen Bischofsheim auf weitere fast 900 Kilogramm Haschisch und Marihuana. Ein Großteil der Drogen war demnach unter Paletten voller Zitronen versteckt.
