Urteil in Gießener Prozess um getötete 14-jährige Ayleen erwartet
Im Prozess um die getötete 14-jährige Ayleen wird an Donnerstag (14.00 Uhr) vor dem Landgericht im hessischen Gießen die Verkündung des Urteils gegen einen heute 30-Jährigen erwartet. Die Anklage wirft Jan Heiko P. vor, die Schülerin aus sexuellen Motiven ermordet zu haben. Konkret muss er sich unter anderem wegen Mordes und versuchter Vergewaltigung mit Todesfolge verantworten. Ayleen verschwand am 21. Juli 2022 in Gottenheim im baden-württembergischen Landkreis Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald.
Gut eine Woche später wurde sie rund 300 Kilometer entfernt tot in einem See im hessischen Wetteraukreis gefunden. Noch am selben Tag wurde P. festgenommen. Die Staatsanwaltschaft forderte in ihrem Plädoyer lebenslange Haft wegen Mordes und beantragte die Feststellung der besonderen Schwere der Schuld. Zudem forderte sie eine anschließende Sicherungsverwahrung. Auch die Verteidigung plädierte auf Mord und Sicherungsverwahrung, eine besondere Schwere der Schuld sah sie aber nicht.
