Nach Brandanschlag auf Büro von SPD-Politiker Diaby in Halle kommt Täter in Psychiatrie
Nach einem Brandanschlag auf das Wahlkreisbüro des SPD-Bundestagsabgeordneten Karamba Diaby wird der Täter in einem psychiatrischen Krankenhaus untergebracht. Eine Verurteilung sei nicht möglich, weil der 56-Jährige schuldunfähig sei, sagte eine Sprecherin des Landgerichts in Halle an der Saale am Mittwoch. Im Mai hatte die Tür des Bürohauses in der sachsen-anhaltischen Stadt gebrannt, in dem sich das Wahlkreisbüro befindet.
Neben dem Brandanschlag wurden dem Mann noch mehrere weitere Taten vorgeworfen, die das Gericht nun ebenfalls als erwiesen ansah. So habe der 56-Jährige einen Pflasterstein in die Heckscheibe eines Autos geworfen, das der Mitarbeiterin eines Heims gehörte, in dem er früher gewohnt hatte.
Zudem habe er vor der Tür zum Büro seines ehemaligen Betreuers ebenfalls Feuer gelegt. Alle Taten habe der psychisch kranke Mann aber im Zustand der Schuldunfähigkeit begangen. Darum wurde seine Unterbringung in der Psychiatrie angeordnet.
