15-Jähriger soll Transmenschen in Hamburger Einkaufszentrum attackiert haben
Nach einer Attacke auf einen jungen Transmenschen in einem Einkaufszentrum in der Hamburger Innenstadt hat die Polizei einen 15-jährigen Tatverdächtigen ermittelt. Er sei unter anderem aufgrund guter Personenbeschreibungen durch Beamte des Staatsschutzes des Landeskriminalamts und der Innenstadtwache ermittelt worden, teilte die Polizei am Mittwoch mit. Zur Tatzeit im Januar war der Beschuldigte demnach sogar erst 14 Jahre alt, das Opfer war 19 Jahre alt.
Laut Polizei war der Angegriffene in einem Einkaufszentrum unterwegs, als er von dem Verdächtigen zunächst homophob beleidigt und geschlagen wurde. Demnach gehörte der 14-Jährige zu einer Jugendgruppe, die das Opfer bis vor das Einkaufszentrum verfolgte. Dort trat der Beschuldigte dieses zu Boden, bevor Zeugen eingriffen. Anschließend floh die Jugendgruppe vom Tatort.
Den Ermittler zufolge wurde am Dienstagmorgen eine Wohnung im Stadtteil Borgfelde durchsucht, in welcher der Beschuldigte mit seiner Mutter lebt. Potenzielle Beweismittel wurden beschlagnahmt. Der Jugendliche, der die syrische Staatsangehörigkeit hat, kam nach Abschluss erkennungsdienstlicher Maßnahmen wieder auf freien Fuß. Die Ermittlungen gegen ihn dauerten an.
